Another "Smart" driver!!

In California of course.

That says it all!

And in California Too....

This was taken on the 101 in LA. I pointed this out to the driver about 2 miles back and he never stopped to put it back on. We were in stop and go traffic and it would have taken 30 seconds or less to fix, BUT no! He just kept going till he got off on the 110 south.

Well, it was a trash hauler!

This is just wrong!

How many parking spots dose ONE truck need!

With the shortage of parking out here, why do people do stuff like this?

What part of "NO Parking" did this driver not understand?
